We are currently looking for an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for a Manufacturing Client located near Grand Falls NB.Responsibilities:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Lead, mentor, and coach the electrical maintenance staff and hold employees accountable for results.</li><li>Leads troubleshooting and optimization of equipment and process control.</li><li>Promote high health, safety & environment standards and operate within the Occupational Health and Safety Act at all times.</li><li>Plan and organize training of the electrical maintenance staff.</li><li>Plan and organize the work of the electrical department.</li><li>Make recommendations to improve existing equipment or processes.</li><li>Promote good relations and communications between E&I team and operations</li><li>Ensure the department operates within the agreed budgets.</li><li>Issue purchase requisitions and requests for PO's.</li><li>Ensure all electrical parts are maintained as the stock levels and the location in stores is constantly monitored and updated.</li><li>Complete all necessary paperwork and reports.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Valid Red Seal Certification (Electrician or Instrumentation) or Engineering.</li><li>Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detailed oriented and possess strong problem solving skills.</li><li>Must be flexible to meet changing needs within the business.</li><li>Must have strong computer skills.</li><li>Bilingual (French & English) would be a definite asset.</li></ul>
