We built our staffing agency on the need for business and staffing solution partnerships in industries that are honest, ethical, and professional in their practices. We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator with an industry leading Client located in Charlottetown, PE.Responsibilities:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Consistently maintaining, cleaning, and organizing various CRM & database platforms ( HubSpot).</li><li>Managing Customer Inquires in workflow to the design stage of pipeline sales.</li><li>Ensuring outstanding tasks are completed in CRM – working with individuals to maintain customer service levels.</li><li>Supporting management to ensure adequate forecasting of materials.</li><li>Working with the General Manager to bridge processes between sales and installation reporting and management.</li><li>Ensuring processes and procedures are followed according to established workflow, including absence coverage for as needed.</li><li>Strategically increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process by using a combination of up-and-coming tools and technology, marketing procedures, and outbound communication methods.</li><li>Responsible to ensure customer service timeframes are upheld, and reported accurately.</li><li>Liaison with Finance Department to ensure costs are captured accurately on a per project basis.</li><li>Weekly reports including statistics for management indicating trends, as well as performance of marketing strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Excellent social listening skills.</li><li>Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.</li><li>Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.</li><li>Formal Customer Service Training.</li><li>Experience in Customer Service Excellence, and CRM Technology.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).</li></ul>
