We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team and lead a team of two other digital marketing assistants. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team and earn in US dollars while working from home.Responsibilities:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads (long-term care facilities and hospitals across Canada) and increase conversion rates.</li><li>Promote the Magnus brand to the pool of qualified nurses and personal support workers in Ontario.</li><li>Promote the Magnus brand to the market (long-term care facilities and hospitals across Canada).</li><li>Lead a team of two digital marketing assistants to execute the company's digital marketing strategies and achieve its goals.</li><li>Develop and execute a digital marketing plan that includes content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other digital channels.</li><li>Create and manage content for the website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other digital channels.</li><li>Produce engaging content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the company's messaging and values.</li><li>Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaigns.</li><li>Work with customers to gather data and social proof, and develop case studies, references, and testimonials for website, digital platforms, and presentations.</li><li>Develop and execute A/B tests and experiments to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and make recommendations for how they can be used to enhance our marketing efforts.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in B2B lead generation, content creation, and social media management.</li><li>Excellent writing skills with a proven record of creating engaging content for various platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on data to make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Experience managing and leading a team or having owned a Digital Marketing agency.</li><li>Knowledge of healthcare industry is a plus.</li></ul>While Magnus HR Solutions considers all applications fairly, we especially welcome applications from those who identify as Indigenous, a POC, an individual with a disability, women or a person from a gender diverse community, as well as members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
