We are currently looking for an Electrician for a client located in Simcoe Ontario.Responsibilities:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Conduct daily checks, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and testing of electrical equipment such as transformers, regulators, motors, generators, and electrical control systems.</li><li>Design and install control panels and circuit power distribution while complying with the Canadian Electrical Code.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency situations and carry out repairs to ensure the timely resumption of operations.</li><li>Bend conduits and perform other tasks as needed.</li><li>Programming experience in PLC an asset.</li><li>Required to travel with the crew to various job sites within South Western Ontario, which are typically within 0.5-2 hours of Simcoe, ON.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Possess a valid 309A Electrician - Construction & Maintenance trade certification.</li><li>Registered with Skilled Trades Ontario.</li><li>At least three to five years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in the industrial construction industry.</li><li>Must be willing to work different shifts as the job demands.</li><li>Possess excellent organizational and collaboration skills, with a flexible and analytical mindset.</li><li>Committed to safety standards and able to deliver results.</li><li>Must be able to provide some of their own tools.</li></ul>
