<h3>Offshore QBO Bookkeeper (Remote, Full-Time) — Logistis for Designers</h3><h4>Who we are</h4>Logistis for Designers is a boutique accounting firm that specializes exclusively in interior designers. We’re a fast-paced, growing team that’s equal parts detail-obsessed and client-focused—and we’re looking for an offshore bookkeeper who’s confident in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excited to grow with us.If you’re tech-savvy, accurate, reliable, and love clean books, you’ll fit right in.<hr><h2>What you’ll do (core responsibilities)</h2>You’ll support our senior accountants and clients by keeping financials accurate and up-to-date, including:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>QBO reconciliations (bank + credit card) and issue-spotting</li><li>Transaction coding + bookkeeping data entry (including journal entries when needed)</li><li>Financial reporting: generating and reviewing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports</li><li>Client communication: answering accounting questions via email</li><li>Admin support to senior accountants as needed (keeping workflows moving)</li></ul><hr><h2>Required skills & qualifications</h2>To be successful in this role, you must have:<ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>2+ years of hands-on QBO experience (reconciliations are a must)</li><li>Strong understanding of basic accounting principles</li><li>Extreme attention to detail (you catch what others miss)</li><li>Ability to manage tasks quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment</li><li>Excellent written English communication (professional email writing is essential)</li><li>Comfort joining Zoom calls with our team</li><li>Proficiency with spreadsheets and standard office tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)</li><li>A positive, solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new systems</li></ul><hr><h2>Nice to have (not required)</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Experience working with service-based businesses (bonus if you’ve supported creatives)</li><li>Experience with common accounting tools/workflows (Bill.com, payroll platforms, receipt tools, etc.)</li></ul><hr><h2>What we offer (full-time team members)</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Two weeks paid vacation</li><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Apple laptop provided after 30 days of employment</li></ul><hr><hr><h2>Experience / education</h2><ul class="list-disc pl-8"><li>Minimum 2 years of QBO experience (or equivalent training + strong proof of skill)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business/finance is preferred, but not required</li></ul>If you’re eager to learn and don’t meet every requirement, tell us in your email why we should still consider you and what you’ve done to build the skills.<hr>Learn more about us: logistis.design
